A mechanical engineer by training and a graduate of The City College of New York, Leutrim founded Cahani Energy with a clear purpose: to deliver technically rigorous energy consulting while building the kind of true client partnerships the industry too often overlooks. He recognized a market where deep technical expertise and genuine service were rarely found together and built Cahani Energy to change that. Today, that combination of engineering rigor and long-term partnership remains the foundation of everything Cahani does.

Cristian is a mechanical engineer who graduated from the City College of New York (CCNY). He began his career in the energy sector in early 2021, seeking hands-on exposure to building systems, and quickly recognized the industry’s strong potential for both professional growth and meaningful impact on energy efficiency and sustainability. Since then, he has worked extensively in areas including NYC local law compliance, energy audits, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) for utility energy efficiency programs. Additionally, Cristian provides guidance to junior engineers, supporting their development of technical skills and helping them become familiar with industry practices and company standards.
